Koyo Corporation takes quality to a level much above most any North American manufacturer. Koyo plans nearly everything we do by first reviewing the affects on quality and processes that assure defect free parts, delivery, storage and service. Koyo has adopted and combined most of the processing methods and culture from our Japanese heritage into the American way of life. Koyo implementation of TPS (Toyota Production System), Quality Circles, intensive OJT operator training, executive driven process layered auditing and Advance Product Quality Planning puts quality at the pinnacle of our operations.

Koyo is currently QS-9000 certified and is in the process of attaining TS16949 certification by August 2006. Protecting the environment to assure clean water and air for generations to come is an important matter that Koyo takes very seriously with the help of our ISO-14001 certification standards.

Koyo testing and validation follows automotive standards and/or your requirements for corrosion, vibration, tensile, burst pressure etc. by using independent certified laboratories familiar with automotive HVAC pipes and tubes.

Production Systems

Koyo uses the latest technology in automotive HVAC processing. Koyo has employed the use of several Robot processing centers, yet maintained the ability to use non-robot work centers with mistake proof systems. The integration of choosing the best practices from Japanese and American production process techniques gives Koyo Corporation the advantage to consistently provide defect free products.
