Koyo Corporation is equipped to assist you to design pipe and tube accessories to make the finished part 'assembly ready' to the vehicle production facility. Koyo can install accessories of plastic or metal brackets, pressed or brazed connectors to accept pressure switches, charge valves, sight glass or other applications. Tube threaded nuts and unions are also available for vehicle and pipe to pipe connections. EPDM foam insulation can be slid onto any pipe diameter at any length required. Other insulation such as stick back EPDM foam packing, plastic corrugate or shrink wrap is also available for anti-rub points and protection of the pipe/tube in sensitive vehicle areas. Shipping caps can be designed to provide protection from damage and contamination of O-rings that could prevent leaks when systems are charged with liquid.
